Townhouse
The best of all worlds! Just a block from downtown Palo Alto but in a quiet neighborhood. A townhouse with a single-family-size yard. Remodeled with character, quality and current amenities. Centrally located to all the Peninsula has to offer. Fantastic Palo Alto schools. This is a rare gem! This home has high ceilings, skylights, expansive closets throughout, exterior shades on most windows, high-end appliances and hardwood throughout. There is also a large bonus room at the garage level which has laundry machines and can double as office, playroom, hobby room - whatever you need an extra room for. This is the end unit in the 5-unit complex in a single family neighborhood and lives like a single-family home.

Lucy’s experience in large and small businesses and 20 years as an art dealer have given her a unique set of skills. The art years taught her to listen to clients, read between the lines and truly understand what they are looking for – enabling her to craft a plan for each transaction that best suits her client’s needs. Her business experience and MBA added the negotiating skills necessary to get the best results for her clients. Lucy’s goal in every transaction is to make the process as smooth and easy as possible for her clients, allowing them to go on with their lives while buying or selling a home. Her clients attest to her dedication, attention to detail and great results on their behalf. Client referrals are responsible for the vast majority of her business.

Having lived in six states and two foreign countries helps Lucy understand what it means to move to the Bay Area. She and her husband moved to Palo Alto in 1984, raised their 3 sons here, and the family is very rooted in the community. Lucy has been extensively involved in community organizations, including the Palo Alto Art Center Foundation Board, Bay Area Cancer Connections and Palo Alto schools. She and her husband are founding members of Congregation Etz Chayim and she helped to negotiate the purchase of the YWCA facility on Alma and redesign the building as a congregational home.

Lucy is proud to have passed on the tradition of community involvement - her son, Marc, represents Palo Alto and surrounding communities in the California State Legislature.
